Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse and Obrecht Commercial Real Estate announced the addition of three new tenants—Occupational Medical Services, Exit 10, and KSI Services Inc.—to office space in the mixed-use development of Brewers Hill. The new leases represent a total of more than 9,000 square feet and bring office-space occupancy to ninety-one percent of a 425,000 square-foot total for Phase I.

Brewers Hill is a $120-million redevelopment of the former National Brewery, a historic Baltimore landmark originally home to the National Bohemian beer label.

The redevelopment of Brewers Hill—with its offices, retail shops, light industrial facilities and the potential for future residential uses—has brought a thriving, mixed-use campus to the dynamic Canton neighborhood, offering both traditional and new-economy Class-A office space.

Based in northern Virginia, KSI Services Inc. is a leading developer of award-winning, mixed-use residential and commercial properties across the Washington metropolitan area. The firm is leasing 2,600 square feet at Brewers Hill and recently expanded its operations into the Baltimore’s Greektown neighborhood, where it will build upscale residential condominiums and town homes on more than 14 acres of rezoned industrial land.

Occupational Medical Services is leasing 2,891 square feet at Brewers Hill. With offices in Arbutus, Canton and Belcamp, the company provides a broad range of medical services to clients across the Baltimore region.

Exit 10, an advertising agency, is leasing 3,510 square feet at Brewers Hill. The new firm was formed by former Eisner Underground partners David White, Jonathan Helfman and Scott Sugiuchi.

Obrecht Commercial real Estate, Inc. is a full-service development firm specializing in the redevelopment of older industrial and commercial properties. The Baltimore-based and family operated company acts as developer and property manager for its own properties as well as for other owners.
